Grapejewels has existed since 2003. It started as a consulting firm within the IT field and slowly
transitioned to the Construction Industry in 2006. By the end of 2009 Grapejewels had been involved in the construction
of 10 homes and transitioned to include home renovations. We enjoy working with repeat customers and gain new ones by
referral.
Our design phase includes eliciting your dreams and aspirations
along with your budget and requirements. This provides us with a realistic starting point from which to develop a project
plan along with a supplier and trades list. Many iterations later we will arrive at an end vision the encompases your
dreams along with a budget that you can afford.
Our management phase includes
procuring all finishing materials and scheduling of trades so that the project is completed on time and on budget.
